Ingredients:
• Fresh baked Cuban bread
• Slices of deli ham
• Swiss Cheese
• Layer of tender roasted pork
• Salami
Method:
- Face down on an Panini press, allowing the meat to heat up, the cheese to bubble and the content to kind of all melt together.
- After 5 – 8 minutes they come off the press, get dressed with a pile of crisp sliced pickles, mustard, mayo and their own homemade mohido sauce, a garlic sauce and finally hot sauce.
